Judge Advocate Division will accept requests to reimburse annual licensing fees for FY26 from 1 March 2026 until 1 July 2026.
To request your licensing fee to be reimbursed, follow the procedures found in the policy at the bottom of the page. A list of common questions and answers are located in Appendix A contained within the JAD Licensing Fee Reimbursement Policy.
In accordance with the instructions, the completed form should be sent to licensingfees@usmc.mil. Judge Advocate Division will accept requests for reimbursement from 1 March 2026 until 1 July 2026. Submissions received after 1 July 2026 will not be processed.
The form MUST be submitted utilizing the below naming conventions and must include a copy of your bar dues payment invoice. The form and invoice must be combined and saved as a single pdf document. An incomplete form or improperly named form will be returned to the submitting individual.
