Judge Advocate Division will accept requests to reimburse annual licensing fees for FY25 from 15 April 2025 until 11 July 2025.
To request your licensing fee to be reimbursed, follow the procedures found in the policy at the bottom of the page. A list of common questions and answers are found in Appendix A of Enclosure 1.
In accordance with the instructions, completed forms should be sent to licensingfees@usmc.mil. Judge Advocate Division will accept requests from reimbursement from 15 April 2025 until 11 July 2025. Late submissions received after 11 July 2025 will not be processed.
Forms MUST be submitted with the below naming conventions and as .pdf documents. Incomplete forms or improperly named forms will be returned to the submitting individual.

This guidance is only for the FY25 reimbursement program. Future reimbursements are not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of funding.
