Judge Advocate Division will accept requests to reimburse annual licensing fees for FY23 from 1 May 2023 until 1 July 2023.

In order to request your licensing fee to be reimbursed, follow the procedures found in the policy at the bottom of the page. A list of common questions and answers are found in Appendix A of Enclosure 1.

In accordance with the instructions, completed forms should be sent to licensingfees@usmc.mil.  Judge Advocate Division will accept requests from reimbursement from 1 May 2023 until 1 July 2023.  Late submissions received after 1 July 2023 will not be processed.

Forms MUST be submitted with the below naming conventions and as .pdf documents. Incomplete forms or improperly named forms will be returned to the submitting individual.

This guidance is only for the FY23 reimbursement program. Future reimbursements are not guaranteed and will depend on the availability of funding.
